Usually if u have dependence than u need find activities because my teacher talk me one time if u have nothing to do and u have much free time than you do it but if u have a lot of work or good activities than u don`t think it and u dont have a time to do it Maybe this help u slightly.

I wake up morning 06.45 and go sleep 11.30 night. If i dont have school than i wake up morning 10.00 and sometimes 12.00 and go sleep usually 00.30 but sometimes if are good streams live or i watch movie i go sleep 03.00

I am not sure but maybe Opera not so good. IMO if used opera i remember if i open the page than there was so much SPAM, cookies etc but u Safari is clean.
