Veteran rank does/did exist. Don't know if the PIP still exists on the forums or not. And in order to get the veteran rank you had to be active on the forums and have a decent "reputation". So even if the pip does still exist, you probably would not be eligible.

I have the current latest osbot which is 2.4.67 I believe.And my java is apparently version 8 221
