Hey! i have a question for you guys! I am building a zerker with 60 att and 45 def. And i have a question: is it better to stay on 31 pray or get the 44 for protect and with them get a fire cape? I am thinking about staying on 31 for staying a smaller combat level but i am interested at what you guys think! Thank you and have a nice day!

Ok, got refunded that 13m. Thank moderators and everyone who supported me to re-open the dispute! And for the next incident like this: I think you should really do something about TOS since if they say that they can bot during the service it means that they can do all jobs, even hand-requested, by botting. Otherwise you can close this thread! Thank you again!

Thank you again for looking at my dispute again! Clearly i can't prove that he botted on the account with a screenshot without breaking onto his computer during botting. The best defense i have is that why would I pay for service so much if I would bot during the service? And you can also check that I don't have any scripts nor I had any. The other thing is that I don't need all 15m returned which I payed for service. I would only like to get the rest of the gold which wasn't trained for. That would have been around 13m. This basically mean that he is payed for what he did so he doesn't lose anything (basically a compromise)! The third thing is that his TOS about botting isn't fair. That basically states that he can bot during hand-done service legally and will always get away with full payment and the best thing player can do is to continue using his service or gold will be lost. I suggest you do something about this TOS please. Please consider what I posted above. And I think I should also mention that i got a lot of PMs from people who think that I was scammed for 15m which i was!

Also, below are some more facts that I should mention which should help to prove that I didn't ban the account: The account hadn't received a single macro-related offence in the last 8 years (can check on the screenshot I posted before). And the offence was put on the account during the service. If the date of the macro offence coincides with the time-frame from the service then the service provider is obviously directly responsible for the offence (unless proven otherwise by the provider). Why would I bot on an account I just invested 15mil for a service and wanted to invest 35 millions more? I haven't bought any premium scripts on my Osbot account and never even activated any free scripts (feel free to check) If the provider (Wise Old Man) says that he didn't bot, I want to see the actual proof not only words he didn't!

For the moderators and players that doesn't know what's this all about: I payed 15m for a service and after 2m was done player got my acc banned. This thread was created to present you with black on white proofs of Wise Old Man (service provider) said HE WON'T BOT but at the end he got my acc banned for botting and took mine 15m. Thank you Botrepremeur for pointing this out, this was what I tried to tell with this topic. If I payed for hand done job I should recieve one and not botted one. One the other hand, you don't know who botted. Well, I really don't know what would I achieve with botting on the account on which the service was placed. i would that way risk 15m that I payed for the service. Besides, I would not need to order his service if botting was a viable option.

i would agree with you if i would change password without reason. BUT I CHANGED IT AFTER IT GOT BANNED! And according to global TOS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for bans during your service! And as I said before, he trained for about 1.5m and if nothing else, I want the rest of my 15m back! He can't just accept gold and than said he is canceling the order even though I payed him for 10x more than what he actually trained for, despite the ban!

Asuna, thank you for replying! I think that I should also stress out that we agreed on a price of 15m and out of that 15mil he trained my account for about 1.5m xp which would be about 1.5m gp. And because I do not want him to any longer train my acc (because of fear of a permanent ban), I would like at least to get back that 13 million gold that HE DIDN'T YET TRAINED FOR! Otherwise, this would mean that I would be paying him 10x more for the amount of xp gained. I hope this makes the situation easier!

In general TOS it clearly states that ban during your service IS your responsibility, and if I change pass AFTER you got acc banned this doesn't violate your TOS. Please close this dispute and give me 15 millions back that I gave you.

Despite everything, my account got banned for botting which of course no one wanted. I do not demand any additional gold because my account bot banned for botting, I only want gold that I gave him in advance as a payment back, so 15 million. And I believe changing password after my account got banned (can provide proof) is acceptable due to a fear that it might get a permanent ban.

Greetings! I am writing a dispute against Wise Old Man (http://osbot.org/forum/user/118838-wise-old-man/) because he got my main account banned during the service for which I have payed in advance 15m. Details: I have posted a topic on Osbot forum searching for a guy who would train my 2 accs (http://osbot.org/forum/topic/59894-requesting-main-trained-from-75-att-and-str-to-99-range-from-73-to-99-two-accounts/). I have decided for Wise Old Man and we agreed on final price of 50m where I gave him 15m beforehand for partial completion of the task (prove:http://i.imgur.com/EC7LSNA.png). We agreed that with that 15 mils he would train 30% of total xp needed, so 7.5 mil xp on main and 4.5mil xp on range. Than today I tried to log-in and see that my main acc got banned (proofs: http://i.imgur.com/0lRd5q4.png and http://i.imgur.com/Ltzj40Q.png). I tried talking to WOM but he didn't want to hear about 15mil refund and said that only option for him is to continue leveling which I didn't want. Than he started talking about his TOS which state that he isn't responsible for any bans during his service. But I have read global TOS (and previous dispute) where it is stated that he IS responsible for bans during service (as he should be). He also said that I will fail dispute on the basis of his TOS which state that if I change password his during service he will cancel the order. I didn't change passwords before the ban occurred which seems natural thing to do since I do not want to risk a permanent ban and therefore I didn't break this rule in normal circumstances. Therefore, I would like that Wise Old Man (WOM) gives me back 15 millions that I gave him for completion of the task since he got my account banned during his service!
