I went ahead and banned the user, he failed to cooperate and to back up his claims with screenshots of the attempted recovery. So he either didn't want to cooperate or he already recovered it himself. I'm sorry for your loss.

Can we see screenshots of the email you sent them or the recovery process? Usually the results of a normal recovery are known right after the recovery process.

I don't think you're in a position to demand things here, @Basic was placed in the TWC usergroup as he is the service owner and thus is also responsible for the actions of his workers, including you.

Did you try the normal recovery process? Please keep in mind that if you're not cooperating I'm bound to believe that you recovered it yourself. Also, can both of you please stop acting like little children and work together to resolve this?

Account sales still have to be approved by staff before they are visible. If we see users with 100 postcount or a little bit more we usually check their content. If they appear to have excessively spammed we will hide their posts, reduce their postscount, warn them and hide the thread.

I've requested @Sylveon to post his and moved him into the TWC usergroup for the remainder of the dispute. I will also make @Basic aware of this.
