We got the evidence accompanied by an explanation as to why he refused to pay you the 35m, and after reviewing it, it turns out that he was infact correct, he didn't owe you anything, you just didn't understand or didn't want to understand it and kept pushing him even after he was banned. Meaning the ban was unjustified. I would be very mad too and do supid shit if that happened to me. And for that he will stay in TWC.

Dear OSBot community, Since we migrated to IPB4 there have been a lot of issues with the bump topic plugin. One of the major issues was that the plugin only allowed people to bump one of their topics in a specified interval via settings in the acp. So to bypass this, we have been allowing people to bump their topics by posting "bump" on them. To resolve these issues we decided to allow posting to bump topics, and to avoid confusion we also decided to entirely remove the bump button. We soon realised that we didn't really have any specific set of rules in place for bumping since we used to be able to directly apply restrictions to the bump button. From now on, this will however change. I have discussed with the staff team what kind of restrictions were applied to the bump button when we still had ipb3, and we came to the mutual agreement to apply the following restrictions from now on: Non paid ranks: every 6 hours (including Ex-staff and Scripter) VIP: every 4 hours All other paid ranks: every 3 hours These restrictions apply per seperate topic that someone creates. Keep in mind that the timer to be able to bump your topic starts running from the last time that you posted on your own topic. Another thing there is still some confusion about is if workers are allowed to bump the topic of the service owner. Let it be clear once and for all that they are NOT allowed to do that, only the creator of the topic is allowed to bump his own topic! We also know these rules can easily be broken and that we obviously can't go through every topic to check if people are following these rules, so I would like to encourage everyone to report the post when you see someone breaking these rules and a staff member will take action accordingly. 1. We can only restrict namechanges based on the current rank someone has. If there's a hook to set restrictions based on a rank that someone previously had then we can do it, but I doubt there is something like that. 2. As stated above, you can already check previous names.

I believe I said WE promoted him, do you really think I make those decisions on my own? And sure I never come in the chatbox but there are chatbox assistants and moderators who are in there very often. In addition to that, we do have the ability to check chatbox logs which we usually do before we promote chatbox assitants. (keep in mind the timezones those people live in if you do that next time) As for the second statement, anyone who is not illiterate has the ability to read what is stated on the pips. I believe when those were created we put the words on the pip, in addition to that the name of the rank is also stated on their profile. I've never heard of anyone complaining about the fact that the pips were too similar, in fact they're not similar at all right now so even for illiterate people the difference is clearly visible. You mean this? Let me provide some context before everyone goes on a rampage. So first of all: This was sorted between him and the guy, he provided plenty of evidence of that to us. Monster inc scamquitted on pb before he was able to confirm that he got the refund and Jamez didn't bother to appeal. Secondly: When we promoted him to cba he did earn that rank and tbh it's not easy to find a competent cba so I'm not sure what you would've done. I know that you're upset and looking for someone to blame but anyone can scamquit at any time, no one knows what kind of thing is going on inside someone else's head. (except the people claiming now that they predicted this ) And last but not least: Cba has very little power on the forums, we trust them to manage the chatbox but it's not like they have any permissions in the market or anywhere else. Was the cba rank really the only reason why you trusted him?
