  3. I'm sorry but with the current evidence you provided there is simply no action we can take... We advice you (and everyone else) to be careful even if the first trade went succesfully, always take enough screenshots and change your password after the service to avoid such situations in the future...
  4. So the only proof you have of those missing things are claims that they're gone? If you took any screenshots of your bank before and after please post those screenshots here as well. I have requested the user to post here to tell his side of the story.
  5. The location and provider of the IP that was used to send him the confirmation PM are the same as the ones that you registered on. So to me it doesn't look like your OSBot account was hacked. Therefore the TWC will remain for now.

  7. User has been banned for failing to respond within the given timeframe. He was online today but simply ignored the warning so it's safe to say that he's not willing to cooperate. I'm sorry for your loss.

  10. You cannot ask for feedback if you're providing your services for free. There has to be at least a 100k osrs gp risk involved in order to receive feedback. So you can either change your TOS or charge for the services you're offering.

  18. Is there any evidence of the ingame trade? I also just checked the chatlogs of your private conversation with him but I don't even see you asking for a username or confirmation? With the evidence we have now I'm afraid there's not a lot we can do.
