If we were to make them visible it's for the users to have an input into it, such as "it was a false ban, I can confirm, I have proof of it too etc." . Ofcourse this should be first approved.

We use a comma too for example : 10,50 that would be 10 dollars and 50 cents. If we want to write a big number we just leave spaces. For example : 100 000
