Open your client area . Go to 'purchases'. Search for your SDN purchase and click on it. On the right there is a 'cancel' button. Click on it. It will cancel your subscription.

The developers are currently busy with the release of OSBot 2 which should have all the randoms fixed. Also Runescape is trying to take all the bots down by changing the randoms which makes it hard for us to keep those up-to-date and work all the time. I don't see why you should be mad? If you check your bot once an hour you can see if it's stuck on a random. Checking it costs 1 minute, doing the random yourself if the client failed takes you 5 minutes. Why all that anger? Don't you see the good points of OSBot? Because everytime there's something wrong : threads are all over the Forums. But I do not see any "thank you" for all the other good work our developers have done. You could try to focuss on the good points of the client rather than the bad ones.

We are aware of the problem and Laz is currently trying to fix all the randoms, atleast some of them. Please be patient ;). Thanks in advance.
