Log into the account on the Runescape website, go to the account details, and check the status of the account. It should have a reason listed for the bans. Also, I wouldn't recommend botting more than 1 account per IP, tbh

Depends on what the ban was for. I think the only ban that flags IPs is for goldfarming.

If it's authenticated when you log into their website, your IP should stay authenticated regardless if you keep website open or not

You don't need code anymore. Update your client to 1.8.8, and you'll be able to input your proxy info right into the launcher.
