If Sylveon doesn't step up and leaves Basic to pay, I'll be satisfied with just 10m because I'm not necessarily sure he would have done it. I believe that would cover the items Kami listed at least, and I don't have any legit ways of proving the rest of it.

This was between xgate and Basic. Xgate said this was the only communication they've had the past few days. I wanted to try and make a point that Basic hasn't tried reaching out to xgate, the worker who also had my password besides him and Nic. He hasn't reached out to him, because Basic probably knows Sylveon was guilty, so he has no point in asking xgate questions. I might just be over-thinking this, but it's what I'm actually thinking at the moment.

Also, I don't think saying that closing your service the night before it happened really helps much. Sylveon lost his business partner, and everything else. You might be in denial at the moment, because of all the bad news for you recently, but I'm pretty sure it's obvious to everybody else besides you that he took my stuff if you really had nothing to do with it. I would also like to ask why Nic had my password if he wasn't the one doing any work on it, and wasn't part of the deal at all. There was literally no need for him at all to have my password.

I haven't agreed to not being refunded. He just told me he was trying to get ahold of Nic, and that Nic hasn't been replying to him. (Obvious)

+ want to add that he messaged me after that saying he would let me know once Nic replies to him. Hoping for a reply soon.

Also, I don't believe he's tried to reach out to Kami, asking about it. If he was that concerned, I figured he'd at least ask the guy who actually worked on it (not that I believe it was him) if he didn't do it himself.

He'll probably pay Pain back, then bitchfit his way, trying to take up more time until he's forced to pay me back. Also, I didn't even know about Pain's dispute until after I was talking in the chatbox about how I think Basic scammed me, and Kami ( the guy who did the torso) told me there was somebody else already filing a dispute against him.

If you're curious, do you mind me asking what time zone you're in? It seems like you always get on a little past midnight for me. If you and your friend are usually online when I'm offline, that's obviously a great time to catch my account logged off. Also, I'd like to note that usually when I logon to OSBot, at least the 19th, the day it happened, you logged off here just 10 minutes after I came into the chatbox saying, "I think I was scammed." And I only slept for like 4 hours that night, so it wouldn't have left a whole lot of time for whoever to login to my account. It seemed like whoever did it was in a rush, because they missed my glories and other smaller items, and just seemed to focus on the main stuff that was in one of the bank tabs, and luckily didn't drop my untradable items.

He never mentioned anything about a vacation until this. I think he's just trying to buy time, but who knows. I believe Nic was Sylveon, which is now banned for scamming.

I'm even trying to sell my account now, just to start fresh since I can barely get enough money to continue training/questing on my main.

Obviously one of them took it. They asked the worker for the details for my account, although they weren't the ones working on it. Why would he need it if he didn't plan on doing anything? But whatever lol.
