I think TeamViewer requires your computer to be ON to access it. So, unless you're planning on leaving your computer on, I suggest using LogMeIn as that is designed to do what you're asking.

Herblore, Crafting, Prayer and Construction are probably the top 4 most expensive skills. Dragon Bones are 1.2k each and it requires 181,034 Dragon Bones to get from 1 to 99. That would cost: 181,034*1,200=217,240,800. 217m to get from 1-99.
