Is there anything I should know about in terms of your history in the blackmarket (e.g a previous dispute)? : I had a previous dispute off-site which was over a measly few mill - the user was trying to scam me and I fell for it. I know this is off-putting but you always learn from your mistakes and that it won't happen again. The dispute was dealt with and a refund was made shortly after as I knew I was in the wrong. A VPS usually only has one IP now several. They are being banned as you are botting off that one IP and it will be easy for them to detect. Put a VPN on your VPS and it should prevent mass bans. However, VPN can't always protect you.

Sometimes your internet is not the problem. It is the type it is. You may still be using dial-up or a brand which does not support the bot. I believe no dial-up connection supports any botting scripts.
