They're denying you from recovering the account over and over, because you had a warning that you broke the rule (buying or selling an account), and now they're not able to assist you anymore. As long as you're getting denying on recovering that, it's because the multiple of times that you have tried to recover the account. However, the victim (kickass), is looking for you to unlock his account, which you can do it if you have the information. By unlocking the account for him, he'll be alright. After that, you can provide him with the information that you unlocked the account with. This will solve the whole dispute. So, please help him as long as you. -I hope a mod approves this post.

There is always a chance to get ban really. Ban rates are so high, jagex mods even do cycles nowadays. If you are looking to bot, it will be a huge risk. For your bought scripts, they will be updated.
