can i still play rs on the osbot client though?

so even if i log on rs using the osbot client i will get banned?

what if i bot something less obvious? like construction or fletching or training combat at a random location?

i just got a 2 day ban on my main account while botting plank making. Is it safe to keep botting? Should i bot less hours per day now?
