personally i'd stick with 50 because you can 3 hit pures with g maul+u can max out at a lower cb and not completely be melee based. If you wanted to switch to void range then you could without having the extra cb lvls from 10 attck levels. but if you like d scim/dds then you could consider getting 60 attack

i too feel like they get a cut from osbuddy. I think jacmob or whatever is one of the developers of osbuddy and also works for Jagex. only money they would earn would be from advertising i think?
