No. As long as your main has nothing to do with botting it is perfectly safe. I've had around 50 accounts banned so far with me playing on my main legit as well as transfer trading any profit from my bots onto my main and it is still alive and will stay alive since I don't bot it:)

If doing falconry, it will lose the falcon and not be able to retrieve it from Mathias through the dialogue options and will stay logged on until I intervene. If doing any other hunter method using traps, script will stop and say there are no longer any traps left when I've got 20 left in my inventory. Scripter says this has nothing to do with him but the dev's inefficiencies so he told me to file a bug report which I have done.
