  1. I hope there is something better than after death. But I sincerely doubt that is the case. There is no real evidence for it. I imagine it would be similar to being put under anesthesia. You are unconscious; therefore, unaware that you are no longer conscious. You have no thoughts, only mild reflexes work. OFC... during death, there would be no reflexes. Not that it would matter because you would be unaware of it either way. The great unknown would always scare me as a child. People tried to comfort me with religion. I don't know why, I naturally assumed there was nothing after death even though I was definitely not ignorant tor religion. I always logically assumed that there could not be life after death since our lives were connected to our bodies.
  2. I do not understand it myself. It is a very complex question. It would involve hundreds of factors. I think we can chalk it up fairly easily by saying that it is in our nature to do so. We fear what we don't understand. So maybe the only effect way to fight prejudice is through education. Someone asked this one girl I know, "what if you dated a black guy?" She said, "my dad would be angry because he doesn't believe in that, but we are not racist." I have no idea how that could not be prejudice.

In theory, aliens do exist. I believe we have detected spores and some bacteria in space. It is likely that we aren't detecting more bacterium because they may not have the same biochemistry that we are used to seeing (carbon based life). We do know of sulfur based life and most of NASA's biologists are convinced that life can thrive on arsenic. Given the size of the universe, there may well be a flying saucer, who knows. Any civilization that could travel millions of light-years for the shits and giggles could easily remain undetected by us.
  4. My note: It seems that the bot is doing something odd after the random events. Something i getting it to get stuck after the random. In this copy&paste is a 1+ hour report.. >>It did around 300 clay in 1 hour. It looks like this happened in order 1.It looks like it worked fine, 2.had a random, 3.got stuck, 4.had a random and started working again, 5.then had a random and got stuck, 6.and then I came back from doing insanity and turned it off.--->When I came back, it was pacing back n forth at the well. 5. Eh still highly subjective. It is still hard to find the isolated chemicals in pill form atm- don't think their FDA approved but will be in the next few years-- but they are out there.... IMO.. most people just want to get blowed. OFC they can GE or selectively breed it to lower thc content to negligible levels. Then see if people feel so passionate about it ??? Weed is natural and therefore safe is a terrible argument. Hemlock and Castor beans(1 contains enough ricin to kill a person) are equally as natural. Synthetic is not synonymous with dangerous and natural is not synonymous with safe. Also, many studies indicate that marijuana kills worker productivity more so than alcohol. You can search them on ebsco and other databases.
  6. Ah... didn't realize you changed it :F

Laws are often contradictory. A fetus is little more than tissue. Being the same species does not qualify you for being-hood (i believe that is what they term it). What really sets us apart from animals is the ability of meta-cognition (thinking about thinking). We know we are sad. We also know why we are sad and what makes us sad; we know why it makes us sad and so on. We can manipulate thoughts in a way that is unknown in the rest of the animal kingdom. I do not think they use that term to set the standard though. They use viability... so.. which is somewhere around 24 weeks or something? not sure There are things to remember. You are assuming that that baby will be born and not still birth. You make man assumptions when you assume that you are taking a human life. It is a fetus. Also, I do not value the fetus more than a fully fledged human being i.e. mother and father (or just mother under the law). There is also an economic benefit to abortions. We spend so much money in USA on entitlements to the permanent underclass. Abortions are cheaper. Call me inhumane or whatever, but facts are facts. It may not be the childs fault for being born but its not my fault and I should not have to feed it against my will. I'm in favor of making laws based on evidence and not beliefs. Although I personally would not have an abortion, I would not stop someone else.
  8. I'm against it. 1. You can't use religion to impose laws. Sorry. So that argument fails 2. People claim it relieves nasuea, etc... with chemo patients. Bullshit on this one because the isolated drugs work better. No need to smoke it when you can just get the desired chemicals synthetically without the not so desirable ones. 3. It lowers worker productivity - economies bad enuf br0 - so maybe making it legal wouldn't be worth it even though we would save millions on drug enforcement and make millions on taxes. some interesting sources - unrelated but good reads... I struggle with that question. Living in the bible belt and with religious parents, I grew up with belief. The more I learn about the church, the origins of the bible, origins of other religions... the less I believe. I lose my faith daily. It astounds me that I can walk outside and easily find people who think the Earth is a few thousand years old and think that the bible was written in English and that Jesus's name was really Jesus. I am down to just a deist only because of causality; of course this could change if we find out the universe is inherent and does not need a creator. The type of being I suppose exists, if he exists at all, would be omnipotent obviously... he also would not give 2 shits about anyone's problems here on Earth. He would not answer prayers; we do not think twice about stepping on ants-- he might have a supernova going off somewhere near a life sustaining planet to worry about and not your bills, career, life, etc.... I think the question should be... Should god be a factor in imposing your views on others. For example, it is perfectly fine to debate against another petroleum engineer that your methods are better; giving him reasons and test results to prove it. It is not okay to push your religion/deity in a classroom of science or into laws, etc...
  10. Thoughts? Someone go first. I might take the opposite side just for the shits and giggles.

Yeah that just happened to be also. The bot clicks a bucket full of water, on another bucket full of water. I sat their for 20 minutes looking at it. It would also be nice if you could remove that anti ban of yours. Thanks

I didn't realize it was antiban :C my bad lol. But yeah.. if you want to see the problem yourself. Just run it for around an hour and you will be able to see all of them most likely.

SCRIPT: Maxi's Super Soft Clay BUGS: 1. The script just sits there and does nothing. It happens all the time. It is seemingly random. I can have clay, no clay, buckets, filled buckets or any combination of them but it just sits still. - There is one exception to this and that is sometimes after the old man or whatever random that gives you exp lamps, coins, books or any other items.... the bot stops functioning. It should have something in the script that banks the unneeded item. (Not as important) Just Suggestions- 1. Maybe make this under lumby in the basement.. I think there is a sink down there? IDK 2. Make the script turn on 'run' every 5 minutes or so. That could push it up to 2k clay an hour
  14. The script works for for about 15 minutes or so, then it just randomly stops at random stages of the script. -It was clicking a bucket full of water, on a bucket full of water. -It ran to the water source with a full inventory of clay, and no buckets. (I have plenty of buckets in my bank) There were some other problems but these were the one's I remembered. I'd appreciate it if you could fix these problems ASAP as it is a premium script made by a bot developer.. Thanks.
