Yeah man anyone can, going to design school isn't exactly necessary, but very helpful as you'll be working with other design students and teachers would guide you on critical thinking and how you should see things. You'll have a sharper eye and expand on your creativity. Design school is also a very collaborative and a social environment. So I'm quite happy. These days getting far would be difficult without a degree, majority of design jobs and opportunities are asking for a degree in Graphics or a relevant subject is a requirement.
