Do you even know what hacking is? On topic, I think this would be a wonderful subforum to have. I would love to learn about the tricks used for hooking fields in the client and stuff like that, but I don't have the time to venture out to another forum to find the information. Having it in one place with a few nice tutorials would be very helpful. This would be a benefit for the community as a whole for showing the devs which fields need to be hooked etc.

This ^ The most important thing is to listen to your body. At our age over training is practically nonexistent and the only people you'll hear it from are people trying to look for an excuse not to workout. Just go to the gym, lift until you literally can't take it anymore, consume a lot of protein, and repeat. It's really not to complicated. I would recommend getting into HIIT/AMRAP style workouts as building muscle should not only make you look good but also help you with your day to day activities. Watch the below video on Crossfit, you might find these workout styles very interesting:

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm pleased to announce that I've been working very hard on OSBot's successor, OSBot 2. Many bugs have been fixed, the updater has been enhanced, and a wide new array of previously needed hooks have been added. Along with all this progress, we've developed quite a number of working randoms event solvers for OSBot 2. However progress isn't going as fast as we want it to go. I want to announce that we have plans for making the API open-source along with our random event solvers. Hopefully some of the scripters can add the features they want or still don't have. I am currently aware that OSBot 1 has a couple of unworking random event solvers. These will be fixed within the upcoming days. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
