There is an exploit in scripts that allows the developer to access the password of the account you are using. Do not fear, I have a way for you to check if the script is malicious. Firstly, this only applies to local scripts. We can't know for sure if the SDN scripts are using the exploit, because that is in the hands of the admins who put it on the SDN. 1) You need to download Jd-gui for windows/mac/linux: http://java.decompiler.free.fr/?q=jdgui This is a very easy program to use. It puts the java decompiler into a gui instead of command line. 2) Download your script of choice 3) Open JD-gui.exe and load the jar file you downloaded. It will decompile it for you. Sometimes it doesn't decompile it perfectly, so some code may become unusable, but it is a great way to check if the developer is phishing for your password. 4) This step is up to you: You need to browse through every java/class file in the jar using JD-gui. you can use the search function to look for "getPassword()" (this function was developed for the client to only use. It throws a security exception if you try to call it, BUT there are ways around that.) (credit to Cory for announcing the exploit) 5) if you find that phrase in the file, DO NOT START IT. 6) optional: check if the script sockets to a server to transfer the information. If it does, copy down the IP/website name and port number they are using to gather data. 7) Post on their thread to warn other users about the malicious intent of the script. 8) Contact an admin or global moderator to look into the issue. Please, make the post well known. It's for the safety of the community and security of the bot. There probably are other ways to grab passwords from the client using reflection etc, but for now this is what we have to worry about. Thank you for your time, Dreamliner

Dear community, As the summer is coming to an end things are significantly different than at the start of OSBot almost 6 months ago. In 12 days we will celebrate our 6'th anniversary, on the 2'nd of September. Where we first had no working random events, no SDN support and lots of bugs due the immaturity of OSBot things were looking better and better as time passed and today we have come to the point where OSBot has an API with a rich variety of build in features that other bots don't support and most important a stable product. However with the experience gained over the last 6 months, we know we can improve on various factors of the client and like we announced earlier we will bring a brand new client with those improvements taken in to account from the ground up. The last 6 weeks or so were quite the different ones for me. Where I was able to devote all my attention to OSBot improving it on a daily basis, other roadblocks popped up in real life and my attention was drawn away. I've seen my grandfather die, been on a vacation with my friends and then had other private things going on absorbing my attention, drive and time. Luckily, as with everything in life, things turn around when you want them to and I've battled my way out. Because of my lack of time for OSBot some administrative things were delayed time after time. I'm sincerely sorry for everyone who was victim of this. But let's talk about something positive again. Because we want to celebrate our upcoming 6'th month anniversary we will be doing two things: The first thing we will do is give our developers a 80% cut instead of the usual 70% of the benefits made of their script over the last month to thank them for their efforts. Normally we take 30% for the administrational tasks that need to be done, but as the administrational work has slowed by my absence we will make up for that this way. Until the 2'nd of September we will give everyone unlimited tabs! This will be starting tomorrow. To conclude this thread I want to make a shout out to everyone who has been part of OSBot, whether it being from the beginning or more recently, without you OSBot would not be where it's at today. You'll ace it second time. Paying attention is the most important though.

Ever since I bought this script (over a week ago) the Zammy wines has never been flawless. It spams fally teleport once inventory is full and I woke up this morning in lumbridge (might of been something else, not completely blaming this script) Please fix the wines.

What could I improve? At some points it will spam fally teleport, the clients random solver for the lever is not very reliable maybe you could implement it into the script?

Thanks for the praise, I used a technique I've never seen to be able to get fast target switching. Banking is using the OSBot API, not much I can do here to increase the speed. I imagine it is about 20-30 seconds slower than it could be. Yeah I'd figured as much. There's no way you'd make such a slick attacking setup but a slow banking one. Many of the problems with the script atm seem to be osbot's problem and not yours. Providing I don't get any combat breaking randoms is it very good at what it does. I made a goal to collect all the herbs for 99 herblore myself so I'll be using this for a while lol. Just hit 1k ranarrs.
