I purchased a jacket for him, was $13 (my bank funds), he sent me $13.66 his paypal funds, can I beat that? I don't have the jacket, he definitely has the jacket. Because if it's from an official company than it could turn into something bigger than needed be. Because the only way to charge back is to say it wasn't you, and since it was you technically charging it back would be illegal as well lol.
