The Script I Purchased Isn't Working Too Well

To sum it all up, I purchased the "cw Enchanter" script and it really doesn't work. Sometimes it will enchant like 300 rings and then it will stop for 5 minutes or more and do nothing. It says it's on the status of "enchanting rings" but it just sits there clicking back and forth between the magic book and the inventory.

 

It said to make sure F keys and Esc key is enabled and they are so I have no idea why it isn't working 100%. Sometimes it will work, and most of the time it just breaks down and does nothing :s

 

Should I get a refund? Or does anyone know how to fix this because I purchased it and I expected it to work 100% but it didn't :(

 

Please give me some feedback on what I should do
