How to get 99 crafting while making money and won't get you banned?

Is this possible, the cape is really nice. I dont mind if it's break even, but need a method where it doesnt get you banned.

uhm, short answer, no not really. Everything is basically a loss except making gold amulets (u) which is like 30k-40k/hr xp wise. Your best bet would be to do air battlestaffs which is about 100m loss from 66-99

There's no way to quickly train crafting without loss. Its a skill that you buy, just like prayer.
