When I double click OSBOT 2.4.59; the launcher doesn't show up..

 

It eventially does 30 minutes later. Don't understand why :/

 

Edit: I see that a lot of people have this aswell. I keep removing the java's in my task manager to ensure i don't have 15+ javas open but unfortunately; it doesn't help a lot

I have the same thing happening, even after rebooting PC & Rooter.

can confirm,since a few days i'm having this problem aswell.also having problems when clicking the launch button,it takes a few minutes before it will launch.
