Client won't load on VPS

I'm not sure whats wrong, it's ubuntu 15.04. I was able to load other botting clients 

It fails while trying to "grabbing runescape parameters".

Just noticed that i can't load the client on my pc anymore  

 

 

Anyone else have this issue?

just had it like 2 mins ago , yet it started working again.
