yeah got to abit higher rates, but wiki says about 4.6k-5k bars per hour

Well thats unfortunate.. 30 mins in... brand new fresh proxy for creation and use.. 

Botted tutorial island? Trackback from the creation of the account and see if mistakes were made. 30 minute bans are virtually impossible even in today's standards.

The bot gets stuck at the grand exchange when restocking. It sells the bars, then it doesn't collect the money but immediatly tries to buy the ore. 
Once on the buy tab it does nothing until I manually fix it. As soon as I press the arrow to go back to the GE main interface it works again.

Thanks for the feedback, will be adding an update ASAP for GE mode. ^^  Stay tuned
