Been a while since I botted Ranging, but back in the day I had a pretty good Chinning script which didn't have a high bann rate due to it being it such an easy activity already.

I used Czar's Range Guild from 50 until around 85 on a test pure account in a week. Never got banned for it.

You don't use prayer pots, you use absorption pots.

You can get rock cakes to take your hp down to 1, then the monsters can only max for a 1 on you. Downside is that you have to use the mouse recorder to flick rapid heal prayer - meaning you'll need to come back to your computer after whenever 1000 damage happens.

In that case if it's a pure, this method wont work. you'd have to use an NMZ script like FuityNMZ (Which i highly reccomend)

I haven't done it on a 1 def pure before, but assuming you're hit once a second, (1000/1)/60 = 16.6 minutes. So not exactly massively afk, but it's something.
