My script worlds hop and it got this error and stopped the script. Would this be a client issue? 

Jagex put a failsafe so that an account can only hop worlds for a number of times and have to wait for a certain amount of time.

 

Im not sure if this is the case here

I already knew about that. My script just sleeps for 2 minutes and then logs back in when this happens but this time, the script stopped completely and I am not sure why. I've tested on other clients and it doesn't happen so I think it may be a bug in OSbot where it stops the scripts sometimes when you world hop too much.

This has to do with the client. I made a bug report about it yesterday but who knows when alek will address it. very annoying to say the least
