scott94 Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 Because they have all the recovery details. ISP used to created account. they could be using the original IP of the account and Jagex can return the account to them...

What are the measures we can take in order to make sure that it will never be recovered? If there are any? What about putting an authenticator? That should solve the problem right?

The price was cheap so I didn't think and jumped on it , was recovered in less then a week. But the rest were fine just be sure to buy from well respected people to lower the risk!
Computer12 Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Back in high school I bought an account off my 'friend', recovered it a few days later. Imagine how it is with people who are not your 'friend' and you don't know each other IRL.

If someone could help with criteria for a trusted seller that would be great by unregistered you mean fake email right such as forl@x.x or something?
