Botting for others?

Featured Replies

I was wondering if it is allowed for other members of OSBOT to bot skills for other members who do not or cannot afford premium bots. If so, am I allowed to charge a small fee (OSRS GP) to bot hunter for someone? Why pay when you can bot yourself? Well, I can babysit the bot during its entire bot session which reduces the possibility of receiving the ban hammer. In addition, I use only premium scripts.

as far as im aware, this is fine to do

the only thing you cant do, is share your osbot account to let other members log on and use your scripts, you'll be banned for that.

mods feel free to correct me if im wrong

i think thats good, but i would never trust my acc to someone to flag ip me...plus i like to support scripters....

Yes, that's fine

If someone made the correct script, you could make essentially a website, where you say "Rent khals blast furnace for 6 hours", type in login details, and it logs in on your home PC (because you own the premium script), and runs it for 6hr.

Script renting like that could be a concern if it became widespread.

Uhh yeah, i'm pretty sure like 90% of services are exactly what you're asking. Outside of babysitting.

Just don't share your OSBot account.
