The payments went through according to Paypal. Does it happen over night or something?

See if it appears there. (Doesn't matter if Paypal says paid, it's what the osbot web system sees).

Follow those steps, and report the results and all other info by clicking on this help link: http://osbot.org/forum/index.php?app=forums&module=post&section=post&do=new_post&f=154

Nothing in pending, and it shows already paid.

He paid via e-cheque so staff will have to manually accept it/or he will have to wait for it to stop pending.

His screenshots showed that it was not pending though, it had been Paid/Completed. The pending list is empty.

Rather confusing.

It would be pending on his end, not the websites. They need to manually accept his payment, or he would have to wait.

I don't think they have to manually accept it, it just normally takes 3-5 days to clear.
