PaasHazen18 Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 Yea they do IP 'ban'. Your IP can be blacklisted when you're a hacker or something and any account you log onto will be locked or when you're a botter any account that's yours and you log onto on your IP gets banned.
