Everytime I try and set my profile pic it wont load so I can crop and when i hit done nothing changes. I have used images big and small. bad quality and good quality and its still not letting me upload.

One of the methods is broken, I'm not sure which. But use a local file if you're trying to use a link, or use a link if you're trying to use a local file. 

Pretty sure you need to use  a link and press import.

neither methods work for me when i post a link it says Could not save the URL image specified

Did you try re-uploading it so something like imgur? that's what I had to do with mine. Download, resize, upload to imgur and then import. :P

if it's not something wrong with the picture you can probably ask people that have acces to ACP (@Maldesto & @Dex) to change it for you.
