But use a local file if you're trying to use a link, or use a link if you're trying to use a local file. Pretty sure you need to use a link and press import. Can you show the image? if it's not something wrong with the picture you can probably ask people that have acces to ACP (@Maldesto & @Dex) to change it for you.
