Frog Cave Random - Client Stuck

[Latest Client - V.27 ]Came back to my laptop after going out, and one of my bots - it was logged out and it just said frog cave random.

 

I had to log in, once I logged in - it solved the random.

 

But the fact that it was in the frog cave, means that it didn't solve that random event first. (The amount of bow strings per hour was nearly half of what it is meant to be).

If your account ever gets stuck in a random again, make sure to message Maxi and/or Laz your account details and they can go in and see what needs to be fixed, currently they are offering a free 7 days of VIP if you give them an account that is stuck.

I've just come back again to my laptop - and another one of my bots is stuck smile.png

I haven't logged into the account yet - so should I contact one of them via PM and give them my runescape username/password of the stuck bot? or is there a format I should follow?
