Just keeps talking npc without the bark  - it seems to store them instead of keeping them on inventory

 

Also Quest Storm of Shadows It says you need a Dagger Posion ++ but on the equipment it doesn't let you equip one

Did you try daggers like rune dagger?

yea tried most daggers an still said needed a P++ dagger and nop the quest wasn't previous started i think it banked it or something

Make sure you set the gear preset containing the dagger next to Shadow of the Storm, I used Rune dagger(p++) in this and seems to work

Just ran into a bug when beginning mountain daughter where script will position itself to the left of the rock that it needs to be in front of to lower down into the settlement. It just keeps using rope on rocks and gets no interaction.
