Quick start option used (or the quest list you created): Attack style: Quest: Imp catcher. Place where it happens: GE. Logger contents: 1 line says "failed to find falador teleport" or something like that. Description: Bot doesn't buy falador tab, so when it's taking the items from bank to do the quest, it fails to find the falador teleport, which makes it deposit <> withdraw all the items on a loop. No idea how to run it on debug mode tbh. I just start my clients using CLI, all the other scripts I use are working fine, including yours (other quests I tested; priest in peril, waterfall and knight's sword).
