Does anyone know a scenario where extreme junk could be useful?

 

Example, an item which is set in GE for about 25K ea and only requires materials worth ~5K to make, where could such an item be useful?

I remember mithril bars to mithril graps was something like 250 gp to 10k. Not sure if they will sell or if they are the same price

Go see the db for how many of the set  b/s per day and the components, then you can see how slowly you'd be profiting or not 15k is a nice flip if it can sell in bulk.. Or see if the alch price is higher than 5k .

people do it in Duel arena to add value to their stake, but most are aware of this and ask for coins only
