Explanation: I sold him an account a long time ago and a week or two later he claimed it had been recovered, so i contacted the OO and he recovered it back for him straight away. (OO is Apathy). A month later and apparently the account's been recovered yet again. So i contacted a member of the staff because he might be re-selling the account and getting apathy to recover it.
