Okay, okay..

So I know people hear this literally so many times a day, and I know people are always saying to find your own alch's or else it kinda defeats the purpose..

But I'd appreciate any items that are good for alching. Of course, I'd prefer to make a decent profit, but even things that would make minimal profit will do, just don't want to make a loss! :)

Make your own bows and alch them =>> fletching exp + profit

yew longs are always the one.  But tbh it depends , to find an item that alchs and profits will probably take forever to buy a large bulk of, So its xp Vs gold im afraid.

There are items which offer profit actually, well two items.
