Account 2 : 'Level 3 Woodcut Farmer' - All 1 except for 60-70 wc.

That will be right price ++

For pure u could get more if quested, like monkey madness and so on

I would suggest to to get prayer, magic up and quest it up - then u could get up to 20m+

 

Woodcutter price is so low because he is lvl 3 and these are banned more often
