Trustmybet
Disputed Member:[member=wkmac]Why it should be removed: User is upset and cannot have a normal conversation with me to explain things. Being upset that he got paid of what he wanted to get paid for? and doesn't know how to run a service. Details: This is the whole deal that this guy does not understand and is not being an adult in the situation. I ask workers what they want for the order, they get the money they quoted for the order, I take commission. and since I work hours and hours with such a high reputation, I don't really make anything but pennies for dealing with the amount of people I have to deal with and negotiate and so forth. people tend to pay a little more which I have the right to keep as the worker gets what they desired on quote for each order. He gets upset at me and won't even have a normal conversation and is being clearly rude. You get paid for what you quoted. Don't get butthurt about it. A lot of people in this world WISH to be getting paid for playing a damn game.. Link to topic: N/A .

wkmac
Not true, Rep was placed because this user was charging 10% commision on all sales he gave workers which is fine, but he would also quote people like 2m on top of that and not telling us. So the commision we were paying was already on top of whatever he wanted to rip people off for. Can provide screenshots for proof if needed. Genii
Yes, please do so. In my opinion if the extra amount is a tip it should all be given to the worker/owner based on buyers preference, if he's charging more than the worker requests then the 10% commission should be applied to the full amount. It's not a tip. It's charging someone a bit extra. The worker still receives 100% of what they quoted for the order and gets commission taken out of. What don't you people understand.. @Dbuffed knows what I'm talking about because we're business owners.. You quote orders dude. And you get paid for it. I don't get how much more to explain this. It's starting to get me mad as well.
Trustmybet
I also have the right to run the service how I want, be disrespectful to how I run it, than you get kicked no questions asked. Check worker applications thread as well. You get what you quote. I take the rest. Why? Because I'm the business owner. You're the worker. Don't get how people don't understand this or how to run a business. It's common SENSE.
Trustmybet
soo let me ask how it's my fault? A customer wants an order quoted. I give out the order to see what workers want for it. A worker quotes 10m best offer a customer is willing to pay 11-12m. The worker gets the order , completes it and is than paid for what he quoted and wanted for the order. How am I the bad one in this situation? How is it my fault? You get paid what you wanted and it's my fault? UNDERSTAND IT. UNDERSTAND THIS. I'm done explaining this now. Wasting my time.. Administrator Maldesto Posted January 11, 2016 Administrator Share Posted January 11, 2016 If you told the workers they were getting 10% of the deal, yes you are scamming them each time you overcharge behind their back. Now if you told them you will give them % of their quote, then you are alright.

So they receive 90% of what they quoted.

Trustmybet
Then you're overcharging behind their back. Why are you even in this dispute? Dex is the one supposed to handle this dispute. Do you even know how to run a service right.. how is it my fault? They get paid for what they wanted. My workers I have currently knows it. They don't complain. Nobody has because they got paid for the amount they wanted to get paid for.
Trustmybet
And plus. 99.9% of the time, I don't overcharge because I negotiate with customers with their lowest price that they want to do and me and my team handles it. and if I did price a bit more, its never over 5m+. Always a small number. Workers' acknowledged my tos and have talked with me through skype of how I run things. You get paid for what you want. And it's not my fault for anything. Trustmybet
All in all, Mac stole my customers. Broke my terms of service. Stole commission from me because he didn't notify me of doing orders without adding me into group chat and holding the money and taking commission. Stole commission money + customer = kicked. Also, for the "2m on top" I paid him because he was getting butthurt about it. So i didn't "do him dirty" . Either way, I didn't scam mac. And all my workers currently knows what I does so it shouldn't be a problem.
Administrator Maldesto Posted January 12, 2016 Administrator Share Posted January 12, 2016 So if your worker quotes 10m for a service you get 1m, yet you are going behind their back and taking an extra 1-2m maybe more from their pocket. So you in reality are taking 20-30% by doing this. Your workers terms are 10% of deal not 10% of quoted price.
