Hey guys,

 

2 days ago I got a bot busting moderate ban... Basically, it is my pure account that has pretty high stats and all the quests done, which is why I'm a bit afraid to bot again. It said that 1 more bot ban would result in a perm... Is this really true? I still want to keep botting so are there any tips you guys could give me to be more cautious? Any of you gone through the same thing? If my account gets perm banned I will end up quitting Rs which I don't want to happen.

Were you taking breaks? Were you botting more then 8 Hours a day? Where were you botting? Was it a high ban rate?

Yes it is true, one more botting offense and its a perma.

 

you should just bot wc for money to buyy a bunch of supplies then pk

I got a 2 day bot busting ban, continued to bot then got perm banned about 2 weeks later

I wouldn't bot, but if you don't mind the ban, go ahead, take the risk.

If you really care about the account as you said, I wouldn't bot at all (maybe 3-4 hours a day if you feel like taking a break and WILL babysit it) Otherwise for botting tips, don't bot at high ban-rate places such as experiments / rock crabs. There's a few threads on botting tips, you could check them out and they'll help you learn how to bot safer. Although there is no 100% guarantee you won't be banned for botting at ANY place, hotspot or not, it's a risk.

dont bot if it got high stats. dont take the risk! and if u bot do it great and atleast 4-6 hours a day

I was running it about 12 hours every day incase you were wondering with little to no breaks.

 

I think I'm going to stop botting after all as I don't want to risk getting my acc perma banned. The main problem is I don't know how to make money now.. Any suggestions on how to make money for non-botters?

 

go bot for 2-3 hours and then pk and repeat that for like the first month!

usually if they tell its gonna be perm next time it is, BUT if you dont get another botting offense in the time of the last it prolly wont be. either way you need to bot smarter.

If you still want the account, do not bot on it any more. Jagex is coming down on botters recently quite hard.

This happened to my main and I haven't botted on it since, would hate to have it perm banned

All offenses have an expiry date on them, once you pass that date without any more bans they should (may not always) reset your black marks.
