Uninstall ALL Java versions you have installed, restart pc and install the newest version from http://java.com I had this problem recently and I fixed it this way. There could be multiple versions installed causing it to open OSBot with an older version, even if you have the newest version installed. Edited December 22, 2015 by Rudie 1
