Explanation: I tried to sell 210m 07 for btc, we agree'd on the rate .95usd/m. I traded her the 210m, then she said there is another 5% fee which brings the rate down to .9/m. I said no i want a refund, she is refusing to refund me and only wants to pay paypal.

    hi yes, we agreed at 210m 07 for btc for price 0.95 ,but when we pay the btc price change a lot ,so we can not get agreement on the  bitcoin amount, so we advice to pay by paypal same money ,and we cover the paypal fees,   but  he did not agree,  that is not my problem. 

     

    Then proceed to refund his gold, if  he does not want the PayPal funds.
