Vivezo
Hello everyone! Now a few months back, i purchased a small amount of gold from ArcusGold, roughly 5 mill or so, just to see whether the site was trustworthy or not. To my predictions, i was given a response after contacting their live support that went something like this " Our gold trader is not online at this hour, try again in a few hours! " So obviously i stuck around, waited a few more hours and contacted them again, i was then told " We're currently out of stock for rs07! Please come back later " And to be honest, i didn't really mind. The thing that really pissed me off, is that this was an automated message, as was the first one. It took me hours to get a real responder after threatening them with court (lol) and bank refunds that'll permanently lock their future transactions for fraud, i never got a refund, or the gold, because i couldn't be fucked calling my bank for a 10 dollar refund or whatever it was. So has anyone else had the same experience with Arcus? i'd like to get some more gold off them due to their prices, but i'm not up for another automated response telling me i can't get my shit that was promised in under 10 minutes guaranteed, that never comes. -Cheers!!

These guys have insanely low prices compared to the site i usually use, which is guy4game, them guys have your shit delivered in under 5 mins no matter what you order, they're pretty decent but a little overpriced i'm noticing. So has anyone else had the same experience with Arcus? i'd like to get some more gold off them due to their prices, but i'm not up for another automated response telling me i can't get my shit that was promised in under 10 minutes guaranteed, that never comes. -Cheers!! rs2hot or rssmalls are good
Vivezo
Can people like you actually give a valid response instead of replying with useless shit that like? I'm genuinely trying to get some reviews on this website and you're replying with a useless response that gives me no answer to my question. Postcount digger confirmed. rs2hot or rssmalls are good I'll take a look. The main reason i ask about Arcus is because OSBOT has a pretty good reputation, and i feel as if they're advertising something that isn't what it claims to be, and in future might give OSBOT a bad rep. I'd love to take advantage of the prices but yeah after last time i need some people that have bought from them to tell me they're alright now. Postcount digger confirmed. he was face palming because its common practice for the chinese websites like arcus to take orders even though they are unable to fill them sometimes you could wait half a day for them to have your gp and as i said they are chinese they don't really know how to communicate very well so you threatening them was gonna go no where you should of just been patient, yes arcus is legit, just shitty customer service. Yes they are trusted, yes they have terrible customer support. Check the buy gold link up the top of OSBot, that links to Arcus Gold. Total postcount digger confirmed, 1 post is going to make all the difference towards the 1720 posts I have.

So is it common to have to wait a day or more for an order of 30m? basically i'm just trying to see if anyone else has had the same issue, If it's common to have to wait that length of time i won't be buying from them, i'd rather just pay the extra 10 bucks for an instant delivery. As for the postcount digger remark, if you're posting emoticons as responses to threads frequently, i doubt it's going to be a single post count addition. There's no need for a useless response like that in a serious topic.

Only when stock is short and they are too stubborn to put their price up when they are buying gold, they'll probably just make customers wait since if they are legitimate customers they won't reverse the payment. Had a quick look through my last 130 ish posts. This thread is the only one where an emoticon alone was posted as a response.

NoahTheWeebWolf
I mean ofcourse they're trustworthy. I am annoyed with their customer support too but different expereince.I tried selling gold and when I tried to confirm it was them via live chat lilee(one of the workers) friggin ignored me and then on skype I was asked to get off live chat as it was distracting. I even got pm'd by lilee too on sythe but that was because I had an impostor email them pretending to be me and so lille sent an email to confirm it was her.So... That wasn't fun and I lost my remaining 238m before I sold my main for $300 to quit rs for good to get out of debt from gold chargebacks. There are much faster cheaper gold sellers out there. Generally, the big-name stores would sell to you for more, but you don't need to worry about scams.Cheaper stores exist(like mine before I quit rs) and they run the gambit from really trustworthy to somewhat trust worthy to no trust. You could theoretically do business with all sorts of people even if you don't trust them; you just need a middle man you trust to protect you so neither goes first.
