Explanation: So I went to his website that he posted about on his forum thread posted above, to buy rs3 gold because I saw he was selling for cheap. I register to the website, and proceed to order 100m rs3 gp which i can provide proof below. His website clearly states 24/7 service so I automatically I assumed I would receive the gold relatively quickly. After I order the gold I went to the websites live chat and noone was taking my messages, I was getting no responses from anyone. So i went to paypal and saw that my payment was claimed, but I got no emails from them, no response through their website, so I disputed them on paypal so this process could be sped up.
