Would it be best for a rune pure to use prayer potions to NMZ or will absorb potions work well enough?

 

Any ideas? I've never used absorb!

You kill faster with a blowpipe so it would be better xp/hr // you last longer. I've done multiple testing

For melee plots are better but absorptions aren't bad if you do 1 hp method and you don't lose money on ppots
