Yea so I'm on university wifi idk if theres a limit to the number of users that can be in the chatbox with the same IP or what have you but this keeps popping up. The kid down the hall bots so maybe hes causing this??? Is there a limit on the number of users in general who can be in the chat box?

No, I'm getting that also. Must just either be too many people in chat, or chat is having issues?
