I did first few levels manually (stalls will get you banned) Did ardy knight all the way too 99 did about 6 hours a day NEVER all at once 2 hours max a session and did things inbetween like farm run,Birdhouse run, GE flipping ETC. 

I avoided all hotspots just blended in with crowd.

If you do farmer and are away form keyboard your gonna get banned BTW another player will report you do to the inflation of farmer bots

Also I only use mirror mode 

I tried to set this up to pickpocket today and it just gets stuck on calculating.

Have been using this for a while but it looks like it is not working anymore since the update.
