Price check on a plain level 3 skiller with 99 fletching?

About 2m probably, not that hard to make your own.

I would say around 3mil, nothing more than 5mil though as anyone can get that easily through botting.

I got 1-94 fletching in 3 days, this is by far the easiest skill to bot to 99. I'd say 5-10m max.
